Stored only on your device, never on our servers:

• Detailed biometric readings, heart rate, heart rate variability, SpO2, sleep patterns, steps, and activity data from your NU._.IRA Band device
• Journal entries, daily, food, and dream journals
• Resonance session history

Device-local data is permanently removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

• To provide the NU._.IRA wellness service
• To generate AI coaching insights
• To display your health metrics
• To manage your subscription

• Account data, kept for the duration of your account. When you delete your account, it is deleted immediately and permanently.
• Server-stored health data (profile, medication lists, weekly health summaries), deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account
• Consent records, anonymized and retained indefinitely in a form that cannot be linked to you: your account ID, IP address, and device details are permanently removed on account deletion

We do not sell your data.

We may share data with:

• OpenAI (AI coaching processor), when you use the AI coach, the app sends summarized biometric context, journal content, and medication information to OpenAI to generate coaching insights. It is processed per-request and is not used to train models.
• Cloud hosting provider
• Law enforcement if required by law

Your biometric and health data is special category data. We process it only with your explicit consent given during onboarding. You may withdraw this consent at any time in Settings, Privacy, Manage Consents.

Detailed biometric readings, journal entries, and resonance session history stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. What we hold server-side is limited to your profile (including any medication lists you provide), personality assessment results, weekly health summary averages, and your consent records, all of which are deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account.

If you are in the EU or UK, additional rights apply under GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Canadian users are protected under PIPEDA and British Columbia PIPA.
