Open the NU._.IRA app and go to Profile > Privacy & Consents > Your Rights > Delete my account, then confirm Yes, delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Email contact@nu-ira.com from your account email with subject “Delete My Account.” We verify and process within 30 days.

• Your account and login
• Your profile, name, email, username, date of birth, gender, height, weight, medication information, personality assessment results, health goals
• Weekly health summary data on our servers, aggregated heart rate, HRV, SpO2, sleep, and resonance averages

Detailed biometric readings (heart rate, HRV, SpO2, sleep, steps), journal entries, and resonance session history are stored only on your device and are permanently removed when you uninstall the app. They are never stored on our servers.

A record that consent was given is retained in anonymized form, your account ID, IP address, and device details are permanently removed so it can no longer be linked to you.

When you use the AI coach, summarized context is sent to our processor (OpenAI) to generate a response and is not used to train models.
