Everything the NU._.IRA app does, and how each part feeds the next. The Band listens. The app is where the work happens.

Paced breathing at 0.1 Hz (six breaths a minute) with a baseline at the start, continuous measurement you are never shown while you breathe, on-demand measurement roughly every three minutes, and a summary at the end showing where you started, where you finished, and what changed in your heart rate and HRV.
Breathing exercises, soothing body scans, and nature soundscapes. The Band follows the session so you get a quiet sense of whether the practice actually reached you, and trend lines that show whether your baseline is settling over weeks.

Written reflection that becomes long-term context rather than a diary you never reopen. What you write shapes what you are offered later. It stays on your device.
You name the domain, the goal, the gap, and why it matters right now. From then on it travels with you into every session. How it gets coached depends on what drives you under pressure, so two people with the same goal get different conversations.

A daily resonance score, and trend lines week over week. In the background it tracks how much strain has built up over time, and how well you are recovering.
Light, deep, and REM through the night, with sleep debt that resets gently rather than following you around. What the night gave back is read against the strain you carried into it.

Running, cycling, lifting, yoga, swimming, and the ordinary walking in between. All of it framed as a way to work off the day's load, not as a scoreboard to beat.
Three ways to log a meal, and none of them is a diary you have to keep up. Photograph the plate and it comes back with the items it can see, what each one weighs, and the calories and macros for the whole thing, which you confirm or correct before it is logged. Scan a barcode where there is a label. Or add it by hand. Heavily processed ingredients are flagged, and Awen reads what you ate against how the day actually went, without rules or guilt. The photograph itself is never stored: it lives in memory for the length of one request and is dropped with it.

You log where your cycle starts and how long it runs. Awen then reads your HRV in the light of the phase you are in, so a lower reading is context rather than alarm. Phase-aware guidance and a kind symptom journal. Optional, and private.
Session timers, a soft daily prompt to begin a practice, paced hydration reminders, posture and movement cues after a long sit, and custom timers for anything you want to return to. All optional, all set by you, all easy to silence.

The assessments cover personality and behaviour, values and drivers, emotional intelligence, how you learn, how you decide and lead, how you influence, and natural aptitudes. They return a profile, and it feeds permanently into how Awen speaks to you. GROW, SCOPE, ORACLE, and a self-reflection practice are guided reflection rather than tests, and return a reflection summary rather than a type. Every assessment carries its own source note and disclaimer.
Everything above feeds one context. Awen reads it and decides what to offer, how to frame it, and when to stay quiet.

A reaction test, a colour-word test and a short reasoning task, read together with your sleep, strain and recovery from the Band. It compares you against your own rested normal, not against anyone else, and tells you where you are today. Built for people who work shifts and need to know whether they are as sharp as they feel.

The honest check-in is what the whole thing runs on. Nobody gives an honest check-in to a system they think is being filed.
Your journal, your food log, and your session detail stay on your phone and are not stored on our servers. When you talk to Awen, or Awen draws on your journal, that content is sent securely to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not store it on our servers.
The profile you filled in when you set up, your assessment results, and weekly averages such as your typical sleep hours, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability. That is the list.
Delete your account at any time and your data is permanently removed. We keep only a record of your consent, as the law requires. Your journal and food log were never ours to delete.
